Outdoor dining, quite possibly around the corner!
YES!
The weather is finally getting warmer.
It's time to soak up the sun while indulging in some great food.
Time to bring out the tables!
If the weather permits, tables may be set in front of Hikari starting this FRIDAY. It all depends on the weather though...
Be on the lookout for wooden tables in front of Hikari!
(Picture not taken in front front of Hikari, but taken from Google. Google is awesome. By the way, the chairs do look the same as ours)

Dol-sot-bibmbap ( dol-sot means Stone Pot)
We are officially launching Korean Menu!
So, we have been considering thousands time that what specific Korean dish will be.
We already tried Kal-bi (Korean BBQ rib), and Jab-che ( Korean noodle).
So, our master chef "Mr.Oh" finally decided more traditional menu!
Okay.
this is DOLSOT BIBIMBOP
This is another variation of bibimbop (Korean Mixed Rice)
"dolsot" meaning "stone pot", it is served in a very hot stone bowl in which a raw egg is cooked against the sides of the bowl. The bowl is so hot that anything that touches it sizzles for minutes. Before the rice is placed in the bowl, the bottom of the bowl is coated with sesame oil, making the layer of the rice touching the bowl golden brown and crispy.
weather comes colder and colder
come and enjoy our bibimbop in HOT STONE POT
